Thank you for shopping with us. Because most of our products are custom-made and produced on demand, we’ve outlined this Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our student makers.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items
​

All of our products are custom designed and fabricated for each customer, often using 3D printing or small-batch production.
For that reason, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has started — unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
​

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kinectr.contact@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

​

Once we review your claim, we will determine whether to issue a replacement, repair, or refund. In most cases, we will replace the defective item at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility
​

Refunds are only approved if:

​

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival, and

  • You contacted us within the 7-day period, and

  • The product has not been used, altered, or modified after delivery.

​

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

​

Non-Refundable Circumstances
​

Refunds will not be issued for:

​

  • Custom items that meet design specifications but are no longer wanted.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification.

  • Normal variations or minor imperfections from the 3D-printing process.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect delivery information.

Order Cancellations
​

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once fabrication or printing has started, cancellations are not possible since materials and design time have already been committed.
