Hello!
My name is Vincent. I'm from Omaha, Nebraska, and I'm currently in my junior year at Marquette University majoring in Electrical Engineering. I'm also the Lead Student Builder for the electrical sector. I'm mainly interested in antenna theory and micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). Outside of academics, I'm currently the Senator representing the College of Engineering on Marquette University Student Government. If you have a potential idea that comes to mind for your business, please feel free to reach out, and I would love to make it come true!
My Projects

Smart Temperature-Alert Fan for Patients with Impaired Temperature Sensation
The objective of this project was to design and implement a temperature-activated safety system for individuals with diminished or absent thermal pain perception. Upon detection of a temperature exceeding a configurable threshold via an attachable sensor, the system autonomously engages a cooling fan while simultaneously issuing real-time alerts — including the precise temperature reading — through a dedicated software application. The hardware was developed using microcontrollers, C-language firmware, and custom small-scale circuit design, resulting in a fully realized physical prototype.

Temperature and Humidity Sensor
An electronic sensing module measures ambient temperature and relative humidity, outputting digital data for real-time monitoring. The sensor interfaces directly with a microcontroller, enabling programmable data acquisition, processing, and control logic. Its compact form factor, low power consumption, and ease of integration make it well-suited for embedded systems, IoT devices, and environmental monitoring applications. For this project, an ESP32 Dev Board served as the microcontroller, with firmware developed using the Arduino programming environment.
